• Robertson Bonded Warehouse has liability coverage on all of our transportation equipment in the amount of $5,000,000.00. We also have $100,000.00 of cargo insurance.

• Permits

• Robertson Bonded Warehouse has 48 state authority with the Interstate Commerce Commission. We also have intrastate authority with the Texas Railroad Commission. In both instances we are licensed as a contract carrier.

SERVICE

Robertson Bonded Warehouse is committed to giving you the best possible service available at competitive rates. Listed below are some of the advantages we offer over common carriers

• DIRECT POINT SHIPPING

• RBW ships your product direct from our warehouse to its final destination. With common carriers, your LTL shipments are picked up at RBW and taken to a minimum of one terminal to be unloaded and loaded onto another truck. In some instances, your freight may have to cross several docks before being delivered to your customer. This practice increases the chances of damaged or lost goods.

• FLEXIBILITY

• Our trucks are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer 1 day service to all points within a 250 mile radius. In many cases, we are able to offer 1 day service to points up to 750 miles. We can handle your emergency shipments, and weekend or after hour deliveries pose no problem. With the deregulation of trucking, increased competition has forced many carriers to reduce the number of terminals they operate. This has created many instances where they are only able to deliver to smaller communities only once or twice a week.
• CUSTOMER RELATIONS
• RBW has built and maintained a 25 year relationship with your customers in our area. We know your customers personally and are aware of their individual needs and special considerations.
• KNOWLEDGE OF CHEMICALS
• RBW specializes in the safe storage, handling and transportation of agricultural chemicals. All employees undergo continuos Haz-Mat training to ensure the safe transportation of your product. A drug and alcohol testing program is in place and all drivers are D.O.T. Haz-Mat certified. All trucks are equipped with an emergency spill kit and all drivers are trained on its proper use.
• SPECIAL NEEDS
• RBW is positioned to handle any unusual or emergency situation you might face. We offer liquid bulk, packaged goods and returnable container transportation, both outbound and inbound.

EQUIPMENT

Robertson Bonded Warehouse owns and operates a maintained fleet of modern equipment to handle your transportation needs. All equipment is leased or purchased new to avoid delays due to equipment failure. A detailed maintenance program is in effect and all equipment is kept in safe and proper working condition. We take pride in the appearance of our fleet, realizing that when we are delivering to your customers, we are representing your company as well as ours.
